Vince Weiguang Li, the 40-year-old suspect in the gruesome stabbing and decapitation aboard a Greyhound bus in Manitoba, appeared in court Friday to face a second-degree murder charge. Shackled at the wrists and ankles, Li was led by police in and out of a courtroom on Friday morning.
